Planning fees are non-refundable and reflect the time, expertise, and behind-the-scenes coordination required to build your trip.

Once payment is received, we’ll schedule your consultation call.

During your call, we’ll dive into:

• Travel preferences, pacing, and priorities
• Budget comfort range (not just a number, but value expectations)
• Must-dos, must-avoids, and special considerations
• This conversation guides every recommendation we make

We begin sourcing flights, accommodations, and experiences that align with your package.

To keep the process efficient and avoid choice overload:

• We present 1–3 carefully curated hotel options per location (package-dependent)
• Each package includes a defined number of options and revisions
• This ensures thoughtful recommendations, not endless lists

You review the proposed options and let us know your selections.

Because availability changes quickly, timely responses help us:

• Secure preferred hotels and experiences
• Lock in the best routing and pricing
• Avoid rework due to sold-out inventory

Once approved, we move immediately into booking.

We handle all of the coordination details based on your package tier, including flights, hotels, transportation, dining, and experiences.

All booking details are shared clearly so everything is in one place.
